The Services may involve the collection and processing of sensitive and high-risk information, including audio recordings, video recordings,transcripts, uploaded documents, prompts, responses, and analytics derived from interactions, such as facial-expression analysis, body-language analysis,pacing indicators, confidence-related indicators, voice-related analytics, and other behavioral signals.
You should not upload or submit information unless you are comfortable with its collection, use, disclosure, retention, and other processing as described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and any other applicable agreement with Vysa.

For example, the Services may process audio recordings, video recordings,transcripts, voice characteristics, facial expressions, body-language signals,posture, gesture, movement-related signals, pacing indicators,confidence-related indicators, and similar interaction data in order to provide, operate, analyze, improve, and develop the Services.
Vysa does not provide the Services as an identity-verification or bio-metric-identification system and does not use the Services to create fingerprint templates, face-geometry scans, iris or retina scans, or voice prints for identity matching.
However, some jurisdictions may regulate certain audio-, video-, image-,voice-, or behavior-derived analytics differently, and the legal treatment of such data may vary depending on the features used, the context of use, and applicable law.
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
1. Provide and operate the Services. To create and manage accounts, provide simulations, generate transcripts and outputs, process uploads, and enable core functionality.
2. Process payments and transactions. To process purchases, manage credits,maintain billing records, prevent payment fraud, and administer promotions.
3. Analyze and improve the Services. To troubleshoot, debug, monitor performance,test features, improve product quality, refine simulations, enhance outputs,and optimize user experience.
4. Train, evaluate, and improve models and systems. To develop, train,fine-tune, benchmark, validate, monitor, and improve our models, algorithms,analytics, scoring systems, audio/video-derived analytics, safety systems, and related technologies.
5. Generate analytics and insights. To create scores, flags, readiness indicators,transcripts, summaries, and other outputs.
6. Security,abuse prevention, and enforcement. To detect, investigate, prevent,and respond to fraud, abuse, misuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity.
7. Research and internal business purposes. To conduct internal analysis,research, testing, quality assurance, and business operations.
8. Communications. To send transactional, service, administrative, security, billing, legal, and support communications.
9. Marketing. To send updates, product announcements, promotional communications, and other marketing messages, subject to your preferences and applicable law.
10. Legal and compliance purposes. To comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, enforce our agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Vysa, our users, and others.
